Personal information is collected just before production commences and the client approves the quote and the appropriate artwork is ready. Our client may be asked to provide their name, email address, mailing address, contact number or other relevant details.
HOW DO WE USE OUR CLIENTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION?
There are a number of ways PTP uses our clients’ personal information. These include:
- Signing up to our newsletter;
- Maintaining a professional business relationship;
- Providing suitable services for all our clients’ needs.
HOW DO WE PROTECT OUR CLIENTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION?
All of our clients’ personal information is treated absolutely confidentially. This information is on a secure server and on a small number of paper files and other appropriate records.
Only a small number of staff, who have special access rights, are allowed to access these files. They are required to keep the information confidential.
Our staff has been trained to take precautions to ensure the security and protection of all our clients’ personal information from outside access and misuse.
Once our staff feel that our clients’ personal information is no longer in use, they carefully remove the contents and securely dispose of everything.
