Terms of trades

Please read carefully and agree with Paper Tiger Printing’s terms and conditions before you register or purchase an order with Paper Tiger Printing (PTP). PTP will not take responsibility for any errors or damage. DEFINITIONS

Client” refers to a person representing an organisation who is interested in placing an order at PTP.

Services” refers to the products or materials PTP offers. PTP also includes advice and recommendations that best suits the client’s needs.

PROCEDURE AND PRODUCTION

PTP offers a special discounted rate when giving quotes to their clients. If the client approves the quote then production can commence. If certain artwork requires change then, for an additional fee, PTP can change or create the artwork according to the client’s request. PTP sends its first draft to the client and if the client approves right away then the discounted rate applies. However, if the client requires a lot of changes, then PTP must charge the normal rate.

PTP’s strict company policy prohibits it from sending a high-resolution file to the client anytime during production.

When PTP sends the artwork to the clients, the clients receive a low-resolution file. Once the client approves, PTP will print all files in high-resolution.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Once the client has approved the quote and the job has been completed then payment can be arranged. Payment can be arranged either on the phone or directly. Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS or by credit card (credit card fees apply) or by any other method as agreed between the Client and PTP.

PICK UP OR DELIVERY

Once the job has been completed, PTP will notify the client, via email or contact number, to let them know. The client is welcome to visit the PTP office to collect their products. PTP gives the clients a chance to inspect the completed job before the handshake. If the client is happy with the job, PTP will submit the product to the client.

For an additional fee, PTP offers delivery of the products directly to the client if the client is unable to pick up their products from PTP’s office. PTP is not responsible for any loss or damage to the products once the products have been submitted to their clients.

CANCELLATIONS

PTP may cancel any contract to which these terms and conditions apply or cancel delivery of Goods at any time before the Goods are delivered by giving written notice to the Client. If giving such notice PTP shall repay to the Client any sums paid in respect of the Price. PTP shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation.
